WordyGear - Return and Refund Policy
At WordyGear, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products through our drop-shipping services. As a platform connecting you with our product providers, it's essential to outline our return policy to ensure a smooth and transparent process. Please read the following guidelines carefully:
1. Claims for Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items:
Any claims related to misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, claims should be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims determined to be an error on our part will be covered at our expense.
2. Problem Reporting:
If you notice any issues with the products or encounter problems with the order, please submit a problem report promptly.
3. Return Address:
The return address is set by default to the facility of our product provider. Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days.
4. Wrong Address:
If an insufficient address is provided, resulting in a return, you will be responsible for reshipment costs upon confirming an updated address.
5. Unclaimed Shipments:
Unclaimed shipments returned to our facility will incur reshipment costs to you.
6. No Registered Account:
If you haven't registered an account on our platform and added a billing method, any returned orders due to incorrect shipping addresses or unclaimed shipments won't be available for reshipping. Instead, they will be donated to charity at your cost without issuing a refund.
7. Sealed Goods:
Our product provider does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as face masks, due to health or hygiene reasons. Returned orders with face masks won't be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.
8. Returning:
You are advised to contact us before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse and we do not offer size exchanges. Customers in Brazil regretting a purchase must contact Customer Service within 7 consecutive days, providing a picture of the item. Refunds are not possible if the product was used or destroyed.
9. EU Consumer Notification:
In accordance with the Directive 2011/83/EU, our product provider reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion for goods made to consumer specifications or those sealed and unsealed after delivery due to health or hygiene reasons.
10. Governing Language:
This policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
